"Beautiful beach view and magnificent landscape. 3 days of great breakfast, buffet as offered, next days a just average cook to order breakfast. Room furniture as new. Restaurant people needs to be trained, way too long for service and very often wrong orders taken, sometimes a smile can be nice. Do not disturb tags need to be added. To highlight the nice attitude of Cielo and Josselin in customer service."

From Maricruz bringing such joy to every meal we were lucky enough to see her, to Alex and Yunier behind the bar making tasty drinks quickly, to Abdiel ensuring the pool was safe and enjoyable, to Eleuterio helping us find a lost personal item and being so nice! For anyone traveling without children, the pool with the swim up bar is adults only and consistently enforced - we only really saw kiddos at meals. Overall would recommend!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We we a family of 6 adults. It was great that Quality transfers shuttle service was in the lobby to coordinate excursions.Jose and Erick we amazing! Would suggest that entertainment be in English and Spanish as we never really knew what was happening.Food selection was great with alot of variety. The Sakura restaurant was both entertaining and delicious. Would definitely recommend Gran evenia bejia resort. "
