「After leaving this hotel, I stayed at The Singular Patagonia, which is even more luxurious. By comparison, the service at Estancia Río de los Ciervos is outstanding. All staff members are attentive, genuinely helpful, and proactive in solving problems. Every staff member seems happy and truly welcoming, making you feel appreciated as a guest on vacation. You can also book a penguin tour directly through the hotel at a very reasonable price.」

「It was nice to have a stove and kitchen, but the room was not very nice. It was also right next to the street and walkway, on the same level. This hotel served its purpose and the staff was great, but probably wouldn't stay here again unless I was in a pinch.」

「Comfortable stay with breakfast included. Walking distance from the bus station and main square. We were able to check in early and they provided a bagged breakfast when we left for the penguin tour before breakfast started. It could use a paint refresh.」

「The kitchen was stocked and they provided breakfast every morning, which was nice. The space was clean and it was nice to have separate bedrooms (4 people, 3 rooms). The location is walking distance from the bus-stop and was a great hub for staying in the area. Would recommend. 」

「飯店業者承諾的收費竟然在我們旅行過兩天就又多收費用,email也不回覆,服務態度讓人難以忍受,讓我們的旅行非常掃興,不想吃虧的旅客千萬別在這裡住宿.
The hotel staff promised the charge when we checked in, but after we leave the hotel several days later, they charge additionally to our credit card. There is no reply to our email, which makes people very frustrated and disappointed at this kind of service. We would never recommend people to use this hotel in their travel. 」
