Excelente ubicación y atención

Excelente ubicación, muy buena atención de todas las personas tanto en recepción como en el restaurant, eso es muy valioso. Hotel tradicional de punta Arenas, no es moderno pero muy limpio y acogedor. A menos de 3 cuadras de la plaza en un sector muy seguro para caminar hasta tarde y buena locomoción pública (colectivos y taxis) rico desayuno

Nowoczesny hotel z fatalną obsługą

Fajny nowy hotel, ale z fatalną obsługą. W czasie mojego dwudniowego pobytu jakaś kobieta wchodziła do mojego pokoju bez pukania.Jako,że sejf był niesprawny bałem się zostawiać cokolwiek w pokoju.Więc zamiast poświęcić czas na zwiedzanie musiałem pilnować swoich rzeczy.

We couldn’t regulate the temperature in our room. There was a radiator and it put out the same amount of heat on every setting. The hallways had the same issue and the staff solved that problem by opening the windows. Good location as we were close to restaurants and the bus station.

Good location but much smaller than advertised

The location was good but we had booked a 35 sq meters suite and it was significantly smaller (I measured less than 25 sq meters). Also, the room lock did not work, they reprogrammed it but it still worked episodically. Otherwise, nice hotel, great view from the restaurant

Everything is awesome. They even arranged early complementary breakfast as we were checking out before scheduled breakfast time. Two small areas of improvement: 1. As they serve many international customers, more English speaking person at restaurants and bar will be of great help for international customers 2. Better locks fir bathroom doors

Comfortable hotel in Punta Arenas

The hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance to restaurants and shops. The room was comfortable. There is a decent restaurant at the top floor of the hotel. The staff was friendly.

Great little hotel. The room was clean and the overall hotel is clean. Service was amazing. I checked in and gave them three tours I wanted to do, went up to my room, and minutes later he had the details ready for me. He even negotiated a lower rate for my private single person kayak tour which only takes 2 or more. The service at the restobar is great as well. The breakfast is a little limited but I can live with that. I would definitely recommend the hotel.
