Mediocre at best

Mediocre...old dilapidated place. Bathrooms are dirty and fixtures, such a toilets don't work properly. Electrical fittings are coming out from the wall revealing bare wire (and its 220v). Restaurant and breakfast were okay. It won't take a huge investment to get it up to speed, so it puzzles me as to why the owners don't do so.

Didn't have king or queen beds. Twin beds in a room for one person is strange. The dinner choices could have been more varied.

Check before guest occupying room

The rooms were spacious. But the biggest problem I had was in the wash room the gun flush had no water coming. It was disgusting and had to manage.

Most convenient and comfortable Hotel in Pune

Its 5 minutes from airport, has class of fortune inn hotel, modern and professionally managed. Surrounding is good, The best mall (Phoenix Mall) in town is at less than 2 minutes walk. I would highly recommend Fortune Inn Jukaso, Pune. There is scope to improve food and service at dining hall.

Good for business stay

This hotel is located very close to Pune airport, IT parks/business centers etc. So, location is perfect for a business traveller. Rooms were neat and clean and overall cleanliness was good. Check-in and Check-out service is also pretty quick. However, the in-house restaurant leaves much to be desired. The free breakfast should not fool you. They struggled to re-fil the counters after the initial morning rush and we found a fly in one of the fruits. They seem to be understaffed and overpriced as well. So, avoid the restaurant as you will find a lot of better places to eat around this hotel.

Policy of charging on single and double occupancy

It's good but it can't be a 4 star hotel. Less space between corridor so outside noise easily comes to your room. Worst is they have charges per person - so if you're a couple you're charged more. I explained them that this is not the policy with many hotels - as occupancy for 2 persons is by default. Manager somehow agreed but after a lot of explanations.
