NOT Worth
Not good... not deserve even a star hotel. So dirty dust everywhere... with that expensive price the only thing you got was a dirty room to sleep. No any other services even the parking place so mess.... and the staff do is giving u key thats all no any other information about the room or anything.. even when im asking about receipt they said you can ask with hotels.com because im booking from them. Feels like they dont have any responsible because im booking from website. No any other food or hot water you can get or buy in the room. Really NOT RECOMMENDED. Ive forgot to take a picture maybe you can go there and experienced it by yourself .

Old hotel but convenient location
Very old hotel but location wise is good. Near to bus station for transfer to sun moon lake and cin jing. Walk down the street with two cafes selling breakfast. Laundry shop right at doorstep. Low ceiling. When bath in bathtub, can nearly touch the roof.

Right in the city
The hotel is big and fancy. The staff are very welcoming and helped store our baggage and direct us to everywhere. Including getting us a taxi. The hotel is near a laundromat and convenience stores so it’s very handy for travelers. If I were in Puli again, I would go here :))

My only choice
For some reason, all the hotels in Puli and Sun Moon Lake were full when we were in Taiwan and this hotel was the only one that was available. Although we only stayed one night, I would not want anyone to stay at this hotel! Check-in was so slow as they are on a complete paper system. I wasn’t even greeted when I arrived at the counter and just stood and waited. English is very limited. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke; someone was clearly smoking in their room! Room was old and dirty. Dust was in the crease of the headboard of the bed. Bed was as hard as a rock - like sleeping on a piece of plywood! Bathroom was old and dirty, with the shower ceiling actually lower than the rest of the bathroom. I’m 5’11” and I just barely made it. There was definitely no arm room to stretch. What was good about the hotel was it’s location - quite walkable to food and to the bus stop where the next morning we couldn’t wait to get out of there! Tip: Sun Moon Lake offers a shuttle from there to Taipei so you can skip Puli!

Nice hotel for the price.
The hotel was nice though there were no parking space available and we need to drive to a different place to park. But all the experience was good. It's a nice place to stay. I will recommend it to a friend too.

Location not bad.There are a lot of eateries, and selfservice loundry shop nearby. Room is very spacious. However it will be good that staff can be more responsive n friendly to guest instead of looks cool...

Pleasant stay, great value
Hotel is located in the center of town with plenty of veggie places nearby. Rooms are a little old but kept clean and functional. Keys are huge, old style...so best left with reception when leaving the room.

建議廁所真的要改善
其實廁所真的蠻恐怖的，房間的床睡的也很癢，但價位真的是很便宜，如果晚到早退，很勉強可以待一晚，但如果不是連假訂不到房間，我是願意價錢住好一點.....

在市區很方便，但房間設備真的很舊，ㄧ分錢一分貨。訂房是訂有附浴缸的2個雙人床，但進房後發現沒浴缸，回櫃台反應，馬上換了有浴缸的3個雙人床

超值的平日住宿，一晚600台幣，附停車場，平日容易升等四人房大房間，附近有很多好吃的小吃，非常喜歡來埔里就會住山王

房間大空調很大聲有點吵，床好睡枕頭太軟，廁所是浴缸式的可以泡澡不錯，停車場在一公里外的地方會有專人接送，以老飯店來說整體中規中矩
