"The hyatt had always been a favorite, this year things changed a bit. The restaurant only offered a dance competition menu not the full menu to choose from. I'm sure we're a handful but we also pack the hotel. The small store in front used to be a Starbucks, was now changed something unfamiliar. The elevator broke during the stay, they were quick to fix it. And lastly, Feb 27 was my stay. I'm still waiting for my charge of $100 to be refunded. "

The variety of amenities and services they offer made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything felt well thought out and very well maintained. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I also enjoyed the café and restaurant on site; both offered good food and a nice atmosphere.
