Very reasonable price! Just a couple blocks from the beach and there’s a swimming pool if you want to do an evening swim. A nice little balcony area to hang out. Would stay here again!

This was my second time there. The location is perfect, close to everything. Pool was great, and staff very friendly. Room is more Mexican charm style but yet comfortable and with a kitchenette. If you’re looking for fancy and modern then this might not be for you!

The property is a gem in a great neighborhood. Convenient to the beach as well as to tons of great restaurants. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean. This property, however, would not be good for anyone with mobility issues as there are stairs everywhere.

Great smaller property. Clean comfortable with a nice pool. Had easy self check in/ check out instructions as front desk is not always open. Close to everything. Would definitely stay here again!

Sun Suites has its nice charm with it’s many walkable options. The room was spacious, clean, and came with a kitchen and balcony. The internet, TV with options, and AC all worked great. It was particularly nice being on the first floor in view of the pool. I’d stay here again and again.

We only stayed one night. The area is loud with music at night, but this was expected. The pool was nice. The rooms were clean and the little kitchen had all that you would need for dishes, appliances, etc. You check yourself in/out with lockboxes so we never saw any staff. Very convenient location right by the Los Muertos pier.

It was a good value and had everything we needed. Pretty quiet most of time and just 2 blocks from the beach with great restaurants nearby. The pool was nice. A hot tub would have been even better since there was no indoor tub. We enjoyed the full kitchen and not having to eat out at every meal.

We had a gray time and everyone was very responsive to our needs. Very easy check in and check out process. Loved the patio and sitting there to enjoy all the people walking by. Great location. Only draw back was having to pay $200 pesos for early check in but that may have been my own fault for not notifying them.

Autonomy. It is like having a private condo. I loved the choice of being able to prepare our own meals if we wanted to have a slow start to the day or have a meal enjoy fresh local produce. Pool was FANTASTC!!!

This place is super cute. It was gated and secure entry. We did not need much and the front office is only open during the day. Price is definitely worth it and all staff was friendly when we saw them. If you are not self sufficient and you like to always have someone available then this might not be you place, but for us it was perfect.
