Fantastic location! All meals were with an ocean view, and spectacular sunset views at every dinner. Walking distance to many places that we wanted see. Clean, older building so the humidity makes it have a certain Mexican odour, but clean. Food was great, service was fantastic. Biggest complain is all the “saved” chairs at the pool but no one in them or in the pool. Even when I asked if I could use one of the 8 chairs, being saved by one person, she said no .

We had a good overall experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the location is excellent, right on the beach and close to everything. The staff was definitely one of the highlights of our stay, especially security, the bar staff, and the front desk team, who were all very kind and attentive. However, our main concern was the “all-inclusive” concept. It did not fully meet expectations. Meals were mainly offered in the same restaurant, with limited variety, and the system felt more restricted than a typical all-inclusive experience. Also, only two bottles of water per day were provided, which felt insufficient. Overall, I would rate this hotel as a good option for location and service, but with room for improvement in amenities and the all-inclusive experience.

Clean room insulated so the street noise did not bother us, clean pool, great food 3 x a day and right in front of the beach. It is an older establishment, and it shows BUT the beds were comfortable, rooms cold and a great location. We would stay here again.

Caution!! Deceptive marketing! The property is very old, which would be fine if properly maintained. It was dilapidated. The standard room is super tiny with a bathroom too small to allow two people to stand. The room had no windows. The glass door allowed outside eyes to go right into the room and part of the bathroom, as the curtains were not fully covering. I felt the springs in the mattress making sleep a bit of challenge. The AC went off every night at 2AM causing us to wake up from heat and restarting the conditioner. The room had a very musty smell due to lack of fresh air. "All inclusive" is NOT!! We asked for a side of guacamole and were told it is extra. We asked for a cocktail and were told it is extra. A cockroach in the dining area crawled on my wife's foot. When we were checking out, we asked to grab lunch before taking a taxi, which in our nearly dozen times of such trips had never been an issue; we were told no, once the bracelet is removed you must leave. Save your vacation...stay elsewhere!

Location is great. Rooms are clean. Food was excellent. Not expected was the bonus gift of special meals. They were excellent. One thing that could be improved on. Pool lounging chairs and tables are claimed (for the day) by some guests early in the morning. They claim them by putting their beach towels on the chairs, even though they are not there formuch of the day. This results in a shortage for all the other guests.

The staff were very polite and courteous. Everything at the resort was clean. The buffet was 6/10, the hot table each day/night was great. Fresh fruit, coffee and orange juice in the morning was fantastic. Great location, on the beach and close to all amenities. Live music every night. Would stay here again!

Staff was great, however everyday there was construction (extremely loud drilling/pounding) directly above our room. We would come in to escape afternoon heat and the noise was unbearable four of four days. We called front desk and got different responses each time?! However the location is great. Room was outdated and old and I think they have swamp coolers and not real air conditioning. It was okay with only the sheet and curtains drawn. Food was bland and same thing everyday but drinks were good if you ask for doubles and even after all that it was extremely inexpensive and probably will stay again but eat out much more and also ask to be moved next time if noisy. Again love the location and drinks and PV! It was beautiful and venders weren’t as pushy as Cancun!

There were a lot of rules: wristband must be worn at all times; penalty for lost wristband; penalty for lost towel card; no outside friends/visitors allowed on property; one free “à la carte” meal but as soon as I made my reservation I was quickly reminded by the concierge not to be late for the meal. No joy. It felt like going back to middle school and not like a vacation. What part of this was fun? I’ll never go back. Furthermore, for the price I paid for an all-inclusive package (roughly USD 450/night) there should not be “tip jars” everywhere I turned. Even at the buffet, tips were requested; the towel guy had a tip jar; housekeeping wanted a tip; the bartender wanted a tip; the waiter who brought my beer to the pool; etc. Please pay your staff better or figure out how I can simply add a daily tip to my room bill; I don’t want to be hit up for a tip everywhere at an all-inclusive resort!

Our room looked out at the water from the back. We were there for 2 weeks. The room was. It the highlight of our trip. The food and staff and pools, beach are all amazing. The room was tight with two double beds. We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the pools and beach.

The beds were Rick hard and the linen had tiny balls making it rough to sleep on. The food was terrible. Very disorganized staff on beach ie getting a lounger or umbrella. Front seat is a mess. Disorganized. Pool is always in the shade. I would never go back.
