The only downside to this property is the shared roof space that anyone can use, it’s a popular meeting spot so it was always full with no seating for the pool even though we were staying there. Property is very nice and updated with a friendly and attentive staff. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again

The trip turn out to be very disappointing. Not to put the total blame on Pinnacle, but using their VIP service it got intercepted by a time share scan artist. They need to protect their customers a little better at the airport. Also I order a few things for the room and no one responded to the request. The next responses was for the transfer and mini bar service. Needless to say when I check in they had both request, so I paid double. The mini bar and the original request. Mexico is just full of scam artist, be very cautious when visiting.

This is a and amazing modern condo in a cop location immaculately kept with five star service by all the staff a shout out goes to the front desk clerk who actually got a hold of the taxi cab that I left my phone in who is trying to hack it, and they convinced him to bring it back. We’ve already booked next year.

Nice people great service , Daniel Escamilla was one of the person who really helped us out an make our vacations more enjoyable guiding us through our stay in the resort and making sure everyone was able to provide the best for us, house kipper, taxis when we needed to go places and always with a great attitude.
