This is a budget friendly place. Very good for the price and very good location.
The view is incredible too.
Stuff from hotel and restaurant super friendly and help-full.
The cleaning lady (Araceli) did a super job keeping our room clean; Don’t for get to tip the stuff.

I really like the location of this hotel. The beach is right outside, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The location is definitely one of the best things about staying here.
However, I was disappointed with the hotel’s guest policy. This is not an LGBT-focused or adults-only hotel, yet if an adult guest wants to come over for just an hour or two, the hotel charges an additional $50 USD. I think this fee is excessive and makes the hotel feel less welcoming and inclusive, especially when the guest is only visiting briefly and not staying overnight.
Overall, I love the location and convenience, but the visitor policy is something the hotel should reconsider.

Disliked: Staff & service
cleaning started knocking on our door around 8:30am the first day Then 2 more times shortly after the same day. Mind you, we had the do not disturb sign on the door. Informed downstairs regarding the concern. It didnt happen again.
Front desk staff I would rate a 2/5. The works at the pool and beach were great! Very attentive 5/5.
Location is great. Rooms were clean. No complaints otherwise.

Clean room and good view, outside staff on the beach were amazing! The front desk was absolutely horrible!!!! The man that does the check in is soooo rude! I work in the service industry and I’ve never ever experienced anything like it in my whole life! Especially in Mexico!! I have been coming to PV for over 15 years and bring many family members and friends, most of whom now stay in hotels for 3-6 months at time! I will definitely be advising they do not stay here to have their lovey time ruined!
The location and views from Pier 69 are incredible. Staying on the "adults only" side of the complex it shares with Delfin was definitely the right choice. When we walked through the "family" side it was an energetic atmosphere for kids, but if you don't have kids in your group I would avoid it.
We were there during low season so there was open seating around the hotel's adults only pool. But I'm guessing it might get crowded and competitive for lounge chairs in high season with only 16 chairs.
The poolside restaurant has a small but balanced menu with solid options. The prices were surprisingly reasonable considering the prime location of the hotel.
The balconies are huge in comparison to many other hotels and offer full coverage from the ekements and unobstructed views of Los Muertos Pier and the bay.
I think because it was low season the energy of the staff was a little low too. Some seemed preoccupied with their phones and sometimes more interested in the conversations they were having with each other than helping the guests.
Overall a good choice given the price and the location.
Hotel was beachfront with a great balcony and view of the pier and beach and amazing sunsets. Walk out the door and walk anywhere in romantic zone. Don’t need a car here
Please could u tell the maintensnce people to put pressure on the rain shower, I was in room 42 and the rain shower was just trickling no water pressure.
