"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "
"Angel worked us in on a same-day booking and met with us at 9:00pm for check and was truly a holiday life-saver (thanks to a different VRBO booking never responding on check in). Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star. Again, super thanks to Angel for the last-minute accomodations."

"The Condado Vanderbilt was such a lovely destination for a quiet getaway. As we approached the hotel, it stood out as elegant and welcoming. We were immediately greeted and provided with cocktails as we checked in. We decided to take advantage of the amenities during our visit and they didn’t disappoint! The pool and beach areas are well manned and maintained appropriately. The infinity pool provides a beautiful view of the ocean with quick access to the wonderful in house Ola restaurant. While all the staff at the Vanderbilt were quite lovely, one stood out. Calvin (Antonio) accompanied us inside of the Ola restaurant on different occasions and he was such a pleasure. He provided us with a warm environment and great vibes/conversations. His added touch made for a memorable 33rd birthday dinner and we are very grateful. Overall, we would recommend any of our friends to stay at Vanderbilt and hope to come back soon ourselves!"
