「A nice hotel, very clean. Very friendly staff. Big rooms, high ceiling, A/C. Overall, this place deserves 5 stars but the restaurant, really drags this hotel down. Extremly long wait to receive our meals, cold. 45 minutes to 1 hour to wait for breakfast. Also, internet did not reach all the bed rooms which was annoying. Not major but still something to mention. Besides that, everything this hotels brings up is great」

「Clean room, staff at pool need improvement you have to get your drinks at the drink areas only, they don’t have nobody to offer you drinks in pool areas, food was ok but it seems that the majority of is for Dominicans, the other restaurants by appointment only those a good quality. I will probably go to other place again, Puerto Plata is a nice place to revisit」

「只有一樣嘢不好：跟前台說我們的電話壞了到最後一天都還是沒有人來修理」

「We had a wonderful stay! The host and his companion were absolutely amazing, very welcoming, and attentive to our needs. They took us to Costambar, where we had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed the experience. The chef was also excellent, and breakfast was delicious. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We really appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here. We would love to come back again!」

「Hotel was cleaned. But there was not hot water.」

「Great buffet! Love the desserts!. They have good activities through out the day starting at 10:00 am. At night great music. We had one night DJ second night live music.」

「It has the best view over seeing the beach」

「Very clean. Comfortable. Close to the beach. There are cafes and restaurants on the beach to suit every taste and budget. Great pool.」

「Everything was good, except for the reception service, particularly the performance of a receptionist named Maria. She gave the impression of being busy and doing her job, but in reality, she failed to carry out even the simplest requests from guests and simply ignored their concerns. This is very disappointing and, unfortunately, significantly lowers the overall quality of customer service. Such an attitude towards guests is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel.」

「Place was very nice and ALL the staff were fantastic and very communicative. Beach is in walking distance and they also do have golf carts to bring you around free of charge. I would absolutely return again.」

「The room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and parking was available at all times」
