We are a young couple who celebrated our anniversary here. We went just as regular guests no upgrades and everything was great. Our only complaint is we were on the app at 9am every day and weren’t able to get dinner reservations not once. The buffet always had something for us to eat and my husband is very picky. Overall a great stay!

I love everything staff was amazing it was safe and there was a lot to do. Entertaining during the day and at night. I wish the pool options At night were available but they’re not closes around 8pm and they do it for the safety of everyone. Wet bar extremely clean and great especially Gustavo and his unique taste in drinks that would make it such an amazing experience. Yes, tropical and beautiful resort, restaurant are great, food has flavor but it’s on the more bland side and it’s not bad they looking out for you! Different restrictions when it comes to food, i thought I was going to get sick going to another international country on the contrary I was fine food was exceptional I drank the water, salad, everything and I didn’t get sick at all. That was the amazing part, there’s animals that come out at night just know that’s it’s the beauty of being there just leave them alone and they don’t bother you at all.

Bad beach conditioned, nature fault due to an enormous sargassum invasion, but we never heard anything prior our arrival. Food is ok to good, there is a good spirit alcohol beverage variety but only 1 type of beer, draft, low quality and not cold enough. Every night the hotel offer activities to entertain guests. Overall the resort waa great for teena with so many options. The seaweed made the beach unaccessible and a terrible smell. Definitely not their fault, but the beach was the main reason we came. Also, they gave us a didn't vand for being "expedia" which i thought was weird and we arrived at 1130am and check in wasnt until 3pm. They did accommodate to give us a room 15 mins before but I made a survey expressing my frustration as there werent many spots to cool off and the pool was warm. They hunted me down the next day at dinner to explain the check in policy almost like theg were upset over my review. Although I understood their point, I felt like theg could have accommodated an early check, most hotels Ive stayed in do. The restaurants were nice but the food was ok. We enjoyed our stay but will probably not return.

Great place! Food is 8/10 best places are buffet, villa mar (lunch time) and girasoles. All restaurants were actually good. Service is exceptional with a little tip, people can be a little more friendly.

We went to Ocean Coral and Turquesa for a family reunion July 6-13 2025! We absolutely LOVED our stay! The staff are absolutely incredible- we were all blown away by their friendliness, kindness and warm helpful hospitality! We all opted for the El Baso package- I would highly recommend it as the private adult only pool is well worth it and the rooms are apparently much nicer. A few of us stayed in rooms facing the forest - if you’re an animal lover ask for these rooms- I promise you will absolutely love it! We had the pleasure of watching and interacting with Coatis, Agoutis, raccoon families, cats, iguanas and lizards daily which was just amazing! If you get a chance to do Elizabeth’s classes or Fabian’s pool classes I would highly recommend it ! They were beyond fantastic and were so friendly, warm and kind ! We will miss you guys!!! Ricardo from the pool bar was always so helpful and kind in providing us beverages and Daniel from The El Bistro Bar and the French restaurant provided great service as well! He even accommodated our reservation at the French restaurant to accommodate a couple more members of our family! The food at the buffet was simply delicious with items changing daily! They usually had a theme night for suppers and even served a huge sashimi bar which was so tasty! Antonio and Alberto took amazing care of our family during our stay- we actually cried upon leaving as the service was just wowing! I would go back for the service for sure! The staff became li

Great time amazing staff. If you’re going in the months of July there is no chance you will swim in the ocean because of sea weeds. But if you’ve been to Cancun enough you’ll know that it’s normal for the area around this season. Leslie at the front desk is amazing. If you want to I’d recommend buying the vacation package for future travels. The sales people don’t pressure you so no need to worry about that. There is difficulty making reservations on the app, but you’re not missing out on much if you don’t get one. The buffets variety is plentiful.
