Room was simple but adequate, especially for the price paid. TV didn't work but we never mentioned until check out since we decided not to use it. The french door appeared to have leaked during heavy rain, this was not a recurring issue. The location is spectacular, love the French balcony, and the rooftop solarium is a superb sunbathing spot. Didn't use the pool but it looked fine. It's an economically priced 3* hotel and it lived up to expectations. If they refurbed a little, it would easily shine. Either way, I was happy with RF Astoria.

We couldn't have chosen a better hotel. The staff were exceptional, kind, helpful and always smiling. The room was very clean and well sized. Even though the balcony was small, it was very nice to have it and enjoy the views. Water pressure was great and having a small kitchenette was ideal. Breakfast was included and even though not a huge variety, it was sufficient for us. We didn't get to use the pool, but the water was clear and clean, and the sundeck was a nice addition. All in all, very pleased with our lodgings in Puerto de La Cruz.

Great stay, staff were polite and very helpful/accomodating. The location was perfect, in walking distance of supermarkets, places to eat out, the beach and transport. Very close to the local town also, the area felt safe. Only advise is to book parking in advance if you want it by the hotel and noise travels but is managable. Would defo stay again if I were to return to the area!

The team are friendly and make all guests feel welcome. The property is in good condition and the rooms were clean and spacious. The room were cleaned daily and towels changed each day . Lots of opinions to dine out and the supermarket is 5 minutes away and is open until 10pm. Great value for money and central to the local bus station.

Nice Studio Appartment

Nice studio appartment, well equipped and comfortable. It is ideally positioned to enjoy the restaurants on the seafront and the shops of Puerto de la Cruz. There’s is a supermarket nearby and a number of cafes and restaurants. The hotel also has a nice pool area and a lovely roof top sun terrace.

Die Junior Suite für 3 Personen war groß, sehr sauber. Die Lage perfekt um fussläufig Puerto zu erleben. Der Parkplatz kostet nur €8 zusätzlich und das Auto ist gut aufgehoben. Fabiola von der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat gerne geholfen. Gerne wieder!

Pas le plus beau mais rapport qualité prix correct

Séjour de 2 nuits dans l'hôtel, problème a l'arrivée avec notre réservation mais qui a été vite réglée. Personnel souriant et très agréable, hôtel vieillot, chambre idem, literie pas confortable, nuits bruyantes, mais chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle.

The property is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are cleaned daily and the towels changed each day . The area is safe to move around and the restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. I loved that the supermarket was only 2mins away and open until 9/ 10pm in the evenings. A great experience, lovely location, friendly staff and always willing to help.

The cleaners were very good, beds were made every day, plenty of towels, were changed twice a week. The reception was` very helpful. Safe was €34 a week and €17 returned when I returned the key. A very pleasant stay and good value for money. Stayed end April 2024
