"Warm welcome from the receptionist. The rooms were clean and tidy. Some things around the property were not working for example the toilets and showers. Not enough sunloungers or parasols. It was so peaceful until children were cannonballing into pool. No staff available at the pool bar. Very slow service from the inside bar. Food at dinner was very good quality. "The whole experience was amazing. The staff were super helpful and very polite. The smell of the entire hotel specially the entrance was amazing. The kids club was super clean with interesting activities for kids. The ocean and infinity pool view our best bet."
