It was an interesting experience staying in a boat house; the view from it was very nice. The service was good, and the room was well-maintained, although the cleaning of the dining area could be further improved.

It was a fun and unique place to stay. Very well equipped, and clean. We stayed in one of the smaller boats. Would definitely recommend the larger modern, which our friends had. One unfortunate thing is that there is now a huge building blocking the view of the Rock of Gibraltar (except for the very top) from all of the roof decks. That wasn't the main draw for us staying there, but it was still disappointing.

This was a nice, fun and different type of accommodation. We did an upgraded room which was much more space than others that chose something simpler. Very accommodating since we arrived before we could check in. Kept us informed of everything. Not fancy but fun for a change!

Hébergement original et plutôt mignon. Parfait pour 2 adultes, mais peut accueillir 4 personnes. On y a passé 2 nuits et c'était bien. Mini douche, mais pour moi ça allait. La terrasse sur le toit est très chouette. Bon emplacement pour marcher jusqu'à Gibraltar. Le stationnement inclus est pratique.

Awesome Experience

We had the (luxury) boathouse no. 1 (Yatch) as the only one available during our stay. It was an awesome experience and reminded us on our camper trips we have made in the USA 30 years ago. On the other side the city of La Linea de la Conception is not worth to visit! It's quite a rundown location and you better walk over (the airfield - what a crazy thing that is!) to Gibraltar for a good time.

Communication was great from begging to end. The host send us all proper information via email and what’s app. Lovely place. Clean and all amenities included. Cold ac and it’s fabulous that it’s pet friendly. Rooftop deck is very nice for a cold drink. We were able to cross easily by car to Gibraltar. We ordered their delicious breakfast which it was delivered to our boat by the time we asked. So yummy and we will be back for sure.

Everything about this concept is perfect!

Everything about this stay was amazing. Parking arrangement perfect, boat with all the equipment you need and perfect central location. You can use the complementary bikes to get around. The tarrace on the roof is such a nice idea, to enjoy breakfast or sit overlooking the harbor all night long.

We loved the concept and location, and couldn't fault it . The check in process and carparking instructions are simple and easy to understand. Our boat was lovely and clean, with a kitchen on board and adequate for all your needs. The little boat restaurant on site was an added bonus if you didn't want to go anywhere. We slept like a log for our duration. Walkable distance into Gibraltar and the centre of La Linea. We will be back.

Greit, men ikke fantastisk renhold. Fant sand og krøllete korte hår i sengen. Litt slitt inventar og annet. En pumpe i toalettet startet på tilfeldige tidspunkt- bråket mye og forstyrret søvn. Hyggelig mann prøvde fikse dette etter første natt, uten å lykkes. Hyggelig betjening, med litt begrensede engelsk-kunnskaper.

Amazing little gem with close proximity to Gibraltar. The boats were so cute. Can’t help but take pictures of the boat and views when walking up to your boat. The staff was incredible had breakfast every morning that was enough for an army. The boats were clean and comfortable. The terraces on top were the perfect place to start and end your day while staring at the rock. Absolutely loved our stay.
