fue incómodo el check inn ya que argumentaron que no estaba la reservación y nos tuvieron un buen rato de pie, en lo que localizaron a la persona que se encarga de esa actividad y que por cierto estaba ausente por ser día feriado.

Fuimos a una graduación, el personal atento pero disperso en cuanto a la organización en la recepción, para entregarnos la habitación nos hicieron esperar aun cuando habia 2 personas en recepcion, el check out lo mismo. Queriamos comer en el restaurante del hotel y nos dijeron que estaba cerrado en jueves y con el hotel lleno.
