"I arrived with my 3 year old son and had booked a beachfront room. There was nobody at the property and no instructions how to check in. The Expedia email said to call them, but there was no answer. When I arrived, I asked a lady at a restaurant around the corner and she told me where to go for the check in. When I arrived at the front desk, at a different hotel, the lady working there politely told me the hotel I selected was overbooked and she started walking me to a room at that different...

"Beautiful small complex. Very clean staff very friendly shout out to Sophia who was an absolute star! Pool area was amazing and a haven to escape the pirate boats! Not much to do but we knew that before we booked, if you want to chill, listen to music, read a book and grab some rays, I couldn’t think of a better place."

"Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Anna Maria was absolutely lovely a delight! The only fault I would say is that it’s very outdated, locks door not working and water shower issue but they tried to resolve it. Managed to get hot water for two days out of 6 which was a shame. Food as well is repetitive so if you want more variety would suggest to eat out."
