Cleaner rooms the bath tub had black mold around the faucets and a ring around the tub they dont use cleaners when you wslk in its smells like old stale cigarettes and musky mold , you dont smell no fresh cleaners . It tells me they just use the dirty towels to wipe off the counter and put new towels ...

Original room keycards did not work. Only one elevator was working and the hotel was full, so it often took a long time to get to and from our room.
