"I do not understand what hotels other travellers used that gave 9 or 10 stars to this hotel.
1. I've never stayed in a 4 star hotel (and we have been around the Europe every year few times) which didn't have:
a. Ventilation in the toilet (just in the shower -a small one)
b. No phone in the room- if you want to ask something at reception, you have to go downstairs (good luck to find a lift free)
c. No coffee/tea maker in the room. They will not give you any cup of hot water
d. No heating in the room if past April (only air con - even 25° is air con). So if you are a person that your body shuts down when is chill - good luck. The room is not getting warmed at all even if you stop the air con and leave the window open at 30° outside. Keeps the temperature under 20°.
e. The breakfast is €18 for adults and €12 for children. So, children do not eat free. And the breakfast is not guaranteed. More specifically, doesn't mean that everything will be there and refilled when is going low supplied. Extremely limited breakfast: not vegetables raw or cooked as: peppers, mushrooms, beans, fried eggs (only omelette), not a variety of fruits. No cakes - just one type that is going to be taken straight away by customers because is small, and 90% of clients will not manage to eat it because they do not refill.
Mind ALLERGIES: No warnings! My daughter got nuts allergic reaction from a donut...and they didn't care! Because they say they do not put information about ingredients!"
