「The owners were very kind, accommodating and extremely helpful. They ensured we had everything we needed and were available throughout our stay in case we had any questions. The location was perfect - a short 5-7 mins walk to the waterfront where there are beautiful beaches restaurants and shops. The property itself was lovely with a beautifully shaded shared patio with fruit trees and green space. The shared kitchen was perfect and well appointed. The rooms and kitchen were just recently...

「The service is great , they do the best to accommodate any request and make your stay perfect as possible. Welcome you with cakes and coffee. The structure is well maintained and located in a quiet area. Breakfast at the level of expectation with sweet and salty proposal. Small note on the bed that was a bit to soft but this is a personal taste.」

「Piacevole scoperta durante una breve vacanza in zona Giulianova. Bellissima location immersa nelle colline nel silenzio. Parcheggio interno nel parco che circonda la struttura. Ottimo ristorante aperto a pranzo, a cena durante i weekend. Aria condizionata in camera anche se non indicata. In 20 min si arriva in spiaggia. Grandissimo potenziale!」
