「Nice guys that will answer questions and try to help, but they let the dishes and floors and tables stay uncleaned for hours after messes are created. Lots of smokers in all areas including non-smoking areas. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and nice. Common areas are messy often. wifi in common areas was good, but they continuously said the password was CAPITALIZED (first letter) thereby causing much confusion and lots of connection errors until (someone) suggested no CAPITALIZED first letter...
