「Great room, clean and well maintained. Only issue was smell of smoke in a non smoking room was strong, but the comment was dismissed by staff and not acknowledged. Also, we were charged an extra euro for tourist tax, be careful to check this.」

「Very helpful staff, even though there is no one on site. Communicated through email and phone . But helpful」

「The room is clean and tidy with all the essentials, in a convenient location, highly recommended.」

「I love the spacious suite」

「We enjoyed our stay, however our bed in our room was very hard and linens and pillows were clean but worn. Breakfast was good. Christian the night desk clerk was very helpful and nice.」

「If I could rate the owners I would give them 10 stars. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was excellent and assisted me in navigating the language barrier when I missed my flight. I can't say enough about how great the location, breakfast, property, service, responsiveness and atmosphere was. Thank you for an incredible experience.」

「everything was good but there was a window that couldnt lock and they couldnt send some one that day. Luckily there are automatic blinds that could be lowered to stop someone from entering. They should be a bit more detailed when inspecting.」

「Excellent location and great hotel!」

「A beautiful room, helpful staff close to great restaurants」

「Room was comfortable, air conditioning worked well, and host even carried my heavy bag upstairs for me. There was nobody there when I arrived despite it being the check in hours. One thing I’ve realized after 2 weeks in Sicily is that the norm is for the hosts not to be present, so if you want more privacy and freedom that’s good. If you need lots of assistance might not be so good. But that’s been overall all over the islands. But when I arrived I had to call them and wait 5-10 minutes for them...

「Very clean and convenient location just a short walk from the beautiful Taormina railway station, where you also can catch busses to all sights of Taormina.」

「Great location. Cleaning lady was super helpful when first checking in. Parking available through the booking, which was very helpful. Property is clean with a comfy bed and air conditioning. Great location.」

「Vistas espectaculares, muy buena ubicación. Expedia decía que incluía desayuno, pero el BB nos explicó que por haber escogido el apartamento no era así. Igual nos dejaron frutas y yogur para las mañanas. 」
