「Not easy to get」

「we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love...

「Location was okay. The room was not attached to the bathroom which was for me only but I had to traverse a public space to get there. Didn't understand that when I booked. Had I been more alert to that i would have booked elsewhere.」

「Overall I was impressed with the room. It was modern and a good size and the extras you got such as water, a snack and toiletries were nice. Only issues I found was that you could hear a lot of noise if other rooms had people talking loudly. Perhaps some signs to ask people to be considerate of others would help. I also found ants in my room. I told the lady at reception who was very apologetic. Otherwise the room was clean.」

「Overall satisfactory. Most of tourist destinations are within walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The owners are friendly and helpful. The apartments lie within a rather old building and occupy the second and third floors and there is no elevator. For guests seeking accommodation in Verona on a budget, this is acceptable. Buses to and from Verona PN are within 5 minutes walk.」
