"Our stay at the Grand Hotel Palace in Ancona was simply excellent. We were a group of five people, staying in two rooms, and everyone was extremely satisfied with the experience. The service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The staff were professional, friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Our rooms were spacious, spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable, with a wonderful sea view that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was exactly as we had hoped. The hotel’s location is perfect—within easy walking distance of the port, the historic old town, and many restaurants and attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring Ancona. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options to suit every taste. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return. I highly recommend the Grand Hotel Palace to anyone visiting Ancona and looking for comfort, quality service, and an outstanding location."

"Beautiful spaces, helpful staff, abundant breakfast elegantly presented, refreshing drinks and coffee offered to guests throughout the day. The only downfall, is its industrial area location - you need a car or transportation to get to the city center. You can walk 20 min. to the foot bridge that takes you over the tracks to the nicer beach area."

"Incredible hotel well located in Umana! It is from walkable distance of the beach and from the city center. The room are clean and spacious! The rooftop bar has a wonderful view of the Adriatic and cool drinks! The staff is always smiling and are very helpful. The complimentary breakfast is excellent!"

"Would really recommend this hotel. We needed a stop over after a late flight and this was close to the airport. The service was efficient, the rooms were clean - lovely shower! Once I’d figured out how to work the tv (!) I was extremely happy. Breakfast was included and also excellent. Great value for money 👍"

"This is a beautiful hotel, right near the beach as well as centro storico. Very nice accommodations, very clean, very comfortable, great staff, very professional and accommodating. There is a restaurant on the premises as well. Very good food. There are many restaurants within just a few blocks. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay."

"Very pleasant, though unhelpfully placed in an industrial area. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff helpful. Unfortunately we arrived on a Sunday, so were only able to eat from a fixed menu, though the food was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and exceellent and they had Assam tea, which will always please me."
