"The property was having building work carried out while we were staying as it was low season . We were offered an upgrad to a sea view room which was a beautiful view but we still had to pay the upgrade charge . You would have thought this would have been complimentary due to the room being free anyway and to compensate for the building work ."

"We had a nice stay here but would like to say that the apartment is showing its age. Furniture and certain things in the kitchen need upgrading such as rusty microwave and other utensils. It was clean but like i say old. The receptionists are lovely and friendly, we had a small problem with being charged for our deposit twice. It was soon sorted and put back in our bank within a couple of days. It is within walking distance to bars and restaurants. We would return if things were upgraded. "

"The furnishings are a bit dated but overall the apartments are big and comfortable with a good balcony. The swimming pool is the best we have ever experienced catering for children and adults. It is huge and is thoroughly cleaned every day before opening including all the sunbeds being hosed down . Roquetas does suffer from high winds when the sea is not good for swimming so to have this wonderful pool is a bonus."

"Was only one night but would really be good for a family holiday. No comfortable chairs to sit on in either room or balcony but overall satisfied. A bit further Along the sea front than we thought so had to use car to go out. "

"Very nice spacious apartment overlooking the pool with all amenities. Five floors of apartments with lifts. Everything very clean. Staff were very helpful but I wish I could speak Spanish but they tried their best with our English. Free parking next to apartments although secure parking is available in basement. "Great location adjacent to the naturist beach and close to restaurants. Apartment accomodation. We had difficulty finding access to the property on arrival as the office is inside the facility and not accessible without telephoning the manager on arrival. Enjoyed the stay and would stay there again."

"Overall, a fantastic stay for a great price. The location is spot on for walking to the local restaurants. Everything is available on site including a launderette and a fantastic new gym. My only negative is there is very little sound proofing in the rooms so you hear everything going on in all of the neighbouring apartments. I would stay again but take ear plugs!!"

Every place I've being when paying for all inclusive meals water and cold drinks always included , they only included juices and te or coffe for breakfast not dinner"

"Check-in was easy and quick. We were given number 112 apartment. Unfortunately, it stank of cigarette smoke, the Wi-Fi didn't work there (we learned that very few of the apartments can access the Wi-Fi) and the TV didn't work. We were reallocated number 85- immediately opposite the reception area and it was great! "

"Great Apt, clean, beautiful view over the golf course and mountains/sea beyond, very quiet so slept unusually well (it was late April and quiet in the resort), indoor pool to ourselves & lovely swim, super 3 course meal (3 choices for each course) & fab breakfast buffet plus lovely staff. "We chose the Fenix Beach apartments from your web sight as your information inferred that the Hotel and Apartments shared the same facilities. That was very difficult as the Hotel was shut and the pool surround was being repainted and also there was no lifeguard for most of the week!! Also the Apartments did not have our booking!!!!
