I’m only giving a 4 stars because we arrived at like 9:00 am in the morning after a 7 hours flight and had to wait until 1:00 pm to get in the room. If you’re arriving early, pay for early check in, it makes a difference! "

"The hotel is very good nice staff, everything is fine and OK but I only problem is the mattress, the mattress is not standard it's not orthopaedic like most standard, top hotels but string - made, very bad for the back, which i told them to take that into consideration."

"The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good and tasty, clean room and great amenity. The only two issues I had was this constant stench in my bathroom room 630 . I think may be a plumbing issue . Also is it possible for the hotel to change to disposable toilet brushes instead of the regular toilet brushes? Above all I will say the hotel is ok for proximity to all places especially if you don't have a car."
