「As we live in Colombia, the location was OK for us, however, still being cautious, we had the hotel order taxis for us. It is a bit of a drive back to the Walled City & any beaches, but we found only a couple dollars more that if we had been closer. Staff was awesome. We liked have the little frig in the room, there was a microwave we could use AND there are snacks & drinks available in the lobby. We are keeping this on our future visit to Cartagena list . . . 「The building is beautiful. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The cafe in the lobby and rooftop were excellent. The service was fantastic. Everyone was helpful, attentive, and friendly. The only thing was that there was not much to do around there. The beach was okay. Not super clean and the chairs and umbrellas were weathered. I know they didn’t belong to the building but maybe they should. The beach wasn’t the prettiest. 」
