「The staff were very helpfull and made lovely food/drinks. We loved how peacefull it was to relax in the garden. It's not far from the beach. They have mosquito net for the beds and have spray in the house. At a warm day you can jump in the pool or take a good shower.」

「As we live in Colombia, the location was OK for us, however, still being cautious, we had the hotel order taxis for us. It is a bit of a drive back to the Walled City & any beaches, but we found only a couple dollars more that if we had been closer. Staff was awesome. We liked have the little frig in the room, there was a microwave we could use AND there are snacks & drinks available in the lobby. We are keeping this on our future visit to Cartagena list . . . 「Rooms are spacious and with everything you will need; mini fridge, safe, A/C and fan. Staff was very respectful and very helpful. Property is about 20min away from main town and 30 min from airport but it’s worth the drive, having the beach across the street and the pool to come back to. 」

「The staff at this hotel are really nice and helpful. The ladies at the cafe and the pool bar were very warm and friendly. The girls at the spa were amazing when I got my massage. The maids and cleaners were always smiling and would greet you. Rooms were clean, bathrooms are concrete floors but clean and sanitary. The food at the cafe and pool bar was pretty good and there are other hotels and restaurants within walking distance. You are also a USD $5 cab ride away from El Centro where you can...

「NOT GOOD, SMELLS, MOLD, MOSQUITOS BITES, BATHROOM DO NOT HAVE A SHOWER HEAD OR CURTAIN, WATER ACUMULATES IN THE FLOOR FROM LEAKING WATER COMING FROM UNDER THE SINK AND WHEN YOU COMPLAINT TO THE STAFF THEY DO NOT DO ANYTHING TO FIX IT.」

「Super close to the airport, only a 5-minute walk. Very quiet, clean, and new place, with a spacious room. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The customer service was excellent, and the breakfast was good.」
