The hotel is in a good location, but the facility is disgusting. The kitchen staff were very good and attentive but I got sick off the food and saw a large rat run from one side to the other. The front desk staff were not very welcoming. Hot water was just warm. The air con did not cool to set temperature. It was a very bad experience overall. The only highlight was the restaurant waiter but the cleanliness conditions of the restaurant were not acceptable.
