「Do not book this hotel at the last minute if you are arriving late at night. I arrived, and the entire place was dark. There were no check-in instructions provided with the confirmation email, and the hotel would not answer the phone number. As a result, I was sitting in their parking lot until 1:30am, and hotels.com was not helpful at all. This hotel should not accept last minute bookings, if they are not available 24 hours/day, and it's concerning that they do not answer the published phone...

「Wir als Paar waren von der Anlage sehr begeistert. Das Personal ist hervorragend da die Unterkunft seit Juni 2025 erst geöffnet hat ist alles neu und auch super gereinigt. Man kann in der Anlage richtig schön entspannen und seine Auszeit genießen. Absolute Empfehlung und auch gerne mal wieder. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der Transfer mit Danaos Travel vom Flughafen Heraklion aus. Hier die Empfehlung mit eigenem Leihwagen oder den privaten Transfer anzureisen. 「Sehr schönes kleines Hotel und Fußläufig sind Restaurants und Shops, sowie Strand gut erreichbar. Bestes Frühstücksbuffet, dass ich je auf Kreta gesehen habe, sehr liebevoll alles hergerichtet. Das Hotel ist klein aber Oho, auch Doppelzimmer und Bad eher sehr klein geraten.」
