「parking was good, staff very nice and helpful, only bad thing it was 7-730 in the am and the breakfast was not fully set up yet. they were very slow to bring items out.」

She incredibly patient with me . Light breakfast is filling and the coffee is good. Even the house keepers are kind and courteous. Will definitely stay again. 」

「Love the ambiance, quirky. In the middle of Chicago, so one side window was facing a parking garage and the other was other hotel rooms, but had really cool arty mannequins “flying”. Beds were comfortable, bathroom small but nice.」

「Warning, do not rent a room here. Stay away. This place is full of false advertising. They have an extra hidden fee that they don’t show online that they force you to pay when you rent a room here. Second of all they advertise that they have smoke free rooms, which they don’t. I booked a smoke free room and was given a smoking room. When I complained at the desk , the employee worker became super aggressive and started threatening me, and was yelling at me. This is the worst place I have ever...

The rooms, all i can say OMG...my room was very clean, the decor is beautiful and, no chipped furniture, well stocked of towels. I will definitely come back here. If ur in the area come stay here, u'll be happy that u did.」
