"Everything was fine, except we were supposed to get a call to let us know when our room was ready. We never received the called. "

"The shadow was perfect at 5 AM. The breakfast room was too small for the number of patrons engaged in eating breakfast and there was no fruit or yogurt or eggs, all common breakfast fare. The atrium is a nice idea, but the tables were not clean and they were broken branches and palm fronds all over the place. No counter space in the bathroom and the very nice shower stall leaked all over the floor and made quite a puddle."

"Horrible coffee, restaurant is not much of a restaurant, only 2 elevators, one was broken with no sign, rooms smelled musty/wet, decor was old and not pleasing, carpet in the hallway was stained. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was decent"

"Stayed here for a few hours just to sleep and eat. The staff is very professional and friendly. The room I got (King) was huge and comfortable. Everything was clean. The only thing I will say is that I saw a ton of large families here. I guess it gets really chaotic here during times where people leave/come back from their cruises. But when we were inside our rooms, we put down the black out shades and slept soundly, there was not much noise from other guests. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be close to the airport. "

"Located right across from the Miami Airport, we stayed here two nights after our flight was cancelled. The front desk staff were great, and when our TV didn't work, they sent up engineers who replaced it. On weekdays, nearby food establishments are not open and we didn't have a car. The lobby has some frozen and shelf stable foods you can microwave in your room. There's a really nice, gated swimming pool. We would gladly stay here again."

"We did enjoy the hotel and location. We stayed here before boarding our cruise. I loved the location breakfast. Loved to take the stroll in the morning along the water all the way the Bayside. "

"Location is great. Room was large and clean. Toilet was not working properly. Elevators were loud and very slow. Breakfast was less than desirable. Front desk staff was helpful. Bar options were limited. "
