「Wir waren auf der Durchreise von Görlitz bis nach Krakau -Zwei Wochen Kulturreise durch Schlesien )Bis auf Aufzug( angeblich seit mehrern Wochen in der Wartung )war alles wirklich gut. Frühstück und Abendessen im restaurant perfekt - halt Polen .Wir kommen wieder.」

It is important to know that rooms are only cleaned on request. Unfortunately the staff do not speak English or German. A translator is helpful. We felt very welcome.」

「Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, für Spaziergänge optimal. Der Sicherheitsdienst ist 24 Stunden vor Ort und sehr nett. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Die Verwaltung ist gleich um die Ecke im Ort, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das einzig negative ist die Hellhörigkeit. Außerdem gibt es kein deutsches Fernsehen.」

「Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden jeden Tag gereinigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen bei Halbpension war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder. 」

「We were happy with our stay, the only Thing I didnt realize when booking Platinum Adults that our building will be detached and both for wellness and breakfast we would need to put our shoes on and go to a different building. Breakfast was good, good variety of food.」

「We are a family with 2 children, and we stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean. The receptionist was helpful and gave us a special attention with changing the room which was more suitable for our small children. The outdoor jacuzzi was pleasant and with hot water. The breakfast was tasty and equivalent of the properties' star rating. The only negative point was a Monday breakfast when I suppose the hotel occupancy was low, so the breakfast food variety was very reduced and except that the food...
