Wir hatten ein Studio, schön groß, gut eingerichtet. Top.jeden Tag Wasserflaschen neu auf dem Zimmer. Klasse fanden wir das abwechslungsreiche Frühstück, schöne Auswahl,ob Wurst ,käse,salate alles vorhanden. Pool,Saunabereich alles i.o. Als Anmerkung zur Verbesserung! Unbedingt Matratzen ersetzen!!!die Betten waren eine Katastrophe, konnten leider schlecht schlafen. Ideal ist die lage des Hotels,am Hang,man konnte ohne Auto los starten zu Wanderungen.

Hotel przyjemny i pięknie położony niestety pokój bez balkonu i klimatyzacji w sezonie letnim to zły pomysł. Dodatkowo pokój na poddaszu niemożliwy do ochłodzenia przy oknach dachowych a wieczorem przy otwartym oknie wylatują owady ilością hurtową. Smaczne śniadania blisko Golebiowskiego, ogólnie polecam ale nie w pokoju na poddaszu.

Bardzo dobry hotel

Jeden z lepszych hoteli trzygwiazdkowych w górach w jakim byłem. Pokoje przestronne, czyste, obsługa pomocną, a co najważniejsze hotel jest położony trochę na uboczu a jednak blisko do wszystkich atrakcji Karpacza. Śniadania w hotelu urozmaicone i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Hotel pełen udogodnień i nie sposób się w nim nudzić. Przystępny cenowo i naprawdę godny polecenia.

An excellent hotel for short stay. SPA and pool and jacuzi is good finish at the end of the day. Unfortunately the hotel is blocated far from downtown (30 min walk)

Location

Great hotel in the very quiet location but only 15 minutes walk from the center. Next to the trial and just 15 minutes from Wang. Delicious breakfast.

Pobyt uważam za udany.Czystość na 4-ke w skali do 5.Łòżka wygodne,Widok z pokoju ktòry wynająłem ok choć od innej strony ładniejsze widoki.Ogòlnie położenie hotelu bardzo fajne.Najładniejszy widok jest z jadalni.Posiłki w dużym wyborze i urozmaiceniu.Winda ułatwia przemieszczanie oraz szybsze dotarcie do strefy spa ktòra uprzyjemnia pobyt.Troszke za dużo chloru w jacuzzi ale w tych czasach pewnie podwyższyli normy:).Sauny działają wszystkie,co nie jest takie oczywiste w hotelach.Ogòlnie pobyt bardzo udany.Chętnie wrôcę i będę polecał.

Expected more

The check in desk on duty could not speak English which made the check in process challenging. Some of the restaurant staff was rude. I booked two rooms and the fridge in the more expensive room was broken and despite informing front desk of the issue and being ensured it would have been attente to the following day. it had not been fixed by the time we checked out. Our room was above the service entry and kitchen and we could hear loud noises until late at night and from early in the morning. Since the rooms have no aircon we had to sleep with our windows and balcony door open so could not drown out the noise. We enjoyed the pool area but it would have been nicer if there were spa staff on duty. At least we had a decent enough dinner which did not spoil our entire stay. We did like that it is a pet friendly hotel.

Tolle Aussicht!

Auch bei unserem 2.Aufenthalt geben wir volle Punktzahl! Großes geräumiges Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick! Das Personal hat verstanden und umgesetzt, was Service bedeutet. Beim Frühstück blieb kein Wunsch offen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen wieder!

Spokojna, cicha okolica.Wygoda, czystość i przepyszne śniadania. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Troszkę mały basen z zimnawą wodą ale ogólne wrażenie za spa pozytywne. Generalnie polecam na kolejny wyjazd np. wiosną kiedy można korzystać z tarasów z pięknym widokiem i ciszą... :)
