「I typically only review quality of service that is favourable and stands out (keep things positive). However, this review is unfavourable as I was very disappointed in how the hotel handled a concern and want future travellers to be aware. Hotel is very dated and the rooms in great need of updating, cleaning and bug extermination. The comforter on the bed was stained. 「The owner was super friendly and rooms are very clean. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice thick towels. Quiet and also close to restaurants, nice waterfront boardwalk and the confederation bridge. I would definitely stay here next time I’m in this area.」

「This was our second stay, and both visits have been excellent. The room was spotless, the fridge kept our drinks perfectly chilled and it has a mini freezer (slightly larger than a bottle of water) that kept our gel packs frozen, and the AC ran cold without any issues. The location is ideal for the spots we like to visit, and being able to park right in front of the room is a huge plus. I’ll definitely return to PEI and stay at North Rustico Harbour Inn again」
