As indicated in the "amenities" list on Expedia, and our website, our cottages do not have Wifi, air conditioning, or TV's. This was explained to you several times after asking via email PRIOR to your check in. Our property manager also had to explain it while you were on site..... Our photos on Expedia are extremely up to date, and accurate, and depict exactly what each cottage looks like on the inside. You are quite right, these cottages were built in the 50's. They have been extremely well maintained though, and our on site property manager ensures that they are well stocked, extremely clean, and in perfect working order. We provide linens, (which most cottage properties do not) firewood for bonfires, BBQ's with a full propane tank, games for adults, a playground for kids, free boat docking and launch, water toys and everything needed for an amazing stay at the lake. Our property is on a beautiful spring fed lake, and has many activities for adults and kids. Perhaps a rural cottage setting minutes from the beach with tons to do outside is not what you were looking for in the first place, and you should have booked at a different property elsewhere. Might I suggest calling Expedia directly, in order to ensure you book at a place that includes all of the important amenities you require, instead of booking yourself and not bothering to read what is included and what isn't. Your review, is irrelevant because each issue you have listed therein, is not something we even offer. This is extremely clear on the listing.

Thanks for your review Bruce. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Having just took over the property on June 5th of this year, we had a tight turnaround to do upgrades. We did many and continue to do so over the next while when the cottages are not full. We do hope that you return to Cribs on East Lake, and see what else we have planned! Cheers!
