I recently stayed at Garden hHotel Reinhart, and I have to say that I was a bit disappointed with my experience. While the hotel had some positive qualities, overall I would rate it as average and not up to the standards of a four-star property. On the positive side, the location of the hotel was convenient, and the grounds were well-maintained and beautiful. However, the quality of the rooms themselves left something to be desired. Overall, while our stay at Garden Hotel Reinhart was not terrible, it did not live up to our expectations for a four-star property. With some updates and improvements to the rooms and a focus on providing consistently excellent service, this hotel could be a great choice for travelers.

Really great!
Totally warm and lovely place. Lot of attention and care from the hotel staff, got free room upgrade, was helped with transportation to and from train station. Great interior, great atmosphere.

Can't really fault anything, everything was fantastic from the service, room, restaurant and breakfast. The very special touch was being recognised and greeted, by name, walking through hotel!

Decent place, good location.
This is a nice place. The room was very clean. The staff were courteous. The view was not great - our room looked over a residential street. Rooms on the other side of the corridor would have had a nice garden view. The sauna area was well equipped but there were not enough beds for the number of users. Also had to wait for towels to be brought. Location is great for access to the lake and boat trips.

I liked the common areas. Front desk was very helpful with requesting taxi service to Munich. Breakfast was beautiful. Room service spot on. There wasn’t coffee or tea service in the room to use. And I would have liked a bath tube.

Sehr nah am See, gutes Restaurant, sehr freundliches Personal. Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dünne Wände, im Dachgeschoss im Sommer extrem heiß, abends Rohrgeräusche und Abflussgeblubber während man versucht einzuschlafen. Zimmer insgesamt sauber, hygienisch jedoch fragwürdig, da überall Teppichboden verlegt ist und darauf auch die Hunde, welche im Hotel erlaubt sind, laufen/liegen oder schlimmeres... daher auch sicher nicht unbedingt für Hausstauballergiker geeignet. Leider hatten wir auch noch das letzte Zimmer im Raucherbereich erwischt, so dass wir abends nicht lüften konnten ohne den Rauch der umliegenden Hotelnachbarn sofort im Zimmer zu haben. Fazit: Hotel ist ok, aber nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr schön. Der Wellness Bereich bietet 3 Saunas, Liegen und Wasser an. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben es genossen!

Hôtel bien placé, 4 étoiles vieillissant. Mériterait une mise à niveau des standards actuels. Très bon accueil au petit déjeuner, copieux et bon. Ambiance familiale, moins impersonnelle que dans la plupart des hôtels. Nous avions demandé une chambre avec baignoire mais ça a eu l’air de les ennuyer quand nous l’avons ré précise à l’accueil.
