Staff extremely nice and helpful. Room was disappointing because of maintenance issues. Carpet could use shampooing, bathroom partially painted wall, vents need vacuumed. The room was clean.

Would have liked the carpet steam cleaned and firmer mattress but very pleased with the overall cleanness, staff was great helping with our being elderly and not able to climb stairs. Very good for younger age and families .

The room was clean. we liked that. Getting in the bathroom was a challenge as you had to shimmy your body in the shut the door to go to the restroom. They need to fix that. Also the shower curtain did not hold the water in at all. The pool was nice we totally enjoyed that. All in all it was a decent place to lay our heads at night.
