The young man checking us in was very accommodating. Our travel included a 103 year old. He assigned an appropriate room. Some construction was going on near our room which was not a terrible problem. It was apparent that a lot of the hotel was already completed. Would definitely stay there again.

ery clean rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The pool is closed for renovations, wish we were informed before we arrived. The indoor pool was definitely one of the reasons we chose to stay here. I do understand that it is under a major renovation right now to improve.

I stayed for 3 nights and there were dirty boot marks all over the new white tile. Those prints were NEVER CLEANED for at least the 3 days I was there. I paid more so I'd have an indoor pool, but it was under renovations.

We had a double bed suite with sofa. We were a little disappointed that the sofa did not have a partitioned wall like it did in the photos, but the room itself was huge and clean. The bathroom was clean but the tub does need refinishing or replacing. There was lots of what I guess was rust on the tub floor. Breakfast had your usual free items - nothing outstanding, But better than not having anything. The hotel is away from the highway so it felt pretty safe overnight as far as parking. They were refinishing the pool and it was closed during our stay.

Our family suite was great! Big and roomy. Beds a little too soft but that’s just a personal preference. We traveled all around southeastern Kentucky looking for ancestors/cemeteries and this hotel was convenient to all our travels. I was especially pleased with the cleanliness! My only complaint is that the doors slam really loudly when closed. Every morning at 4:30am I was jolted out of bed by the neighboring rooms door. Lots of construction workers were staying there and I guess they rise very early. Also, one day we were awakened at 7am by fire alarm x3. But no fire. Other than that our stay was great! Would definitely recommend!

Glad to see the hotel was being updated. We stayed on the first floor and it smelled a little musty, don’t know if the pool being close by attributed to the odor or not. This was our second stay but will definitely return when visiting family. Thanks for being pet friendly and very accommodating.

No mention in the booking site that the place is being renovated. The lobby was drywall and studs. The employee was missing and we wait 30 minutes to check. Would have left if we hadnt already paid.

There were no amenities, as construction was going on. At least we think so….there was a mess everywhere, but no one seemed to be working on it. There were cockroaches roaming by the front door. Our room handle was put in upside down….just not a place I would ever hope to be again.
