When I walked into my room the first thing I saw were several big handprints on the headboard (I have pictures). So gross! Otherwise, the room and hotel was clean.

No directions on how regarding channels available and the remote in the bedroom did not work. Had to keep sharing it with the TV in the "living Room." Also, employee at the information desk in the lobby was not very helpful.
