"This property is old and run down but clean. The parking lot is falling apart also! The location is great to be able to drive a little further from Sioux City. If I hadn’t booked on line we probably wouldn’t have stopped. But the desk staff were some of the best we’ve ever encountered! Kind, friendly and helpful‼️ The continental breakfast was a typical one but they had fresh bakery sweet rolls ‼️"

"No hair dryer, no big deal but if you need one be sure to bring your own. Had a hard time with the tv. Young people catch on easier. Maybe some instructions would have been helpful. Don’t believe there were any there. All in all, good place to stay."

"Front desk very friendly, check in was fast and accommodating. Room was clean, pretty quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was very basic. The outside could use some mowing and weedeating. Housekeeping was great! Would recommend if you're passing through and need a clean basic place to stay for your buck."
