「Das Zimmer war wunderbar! Und besonders wichtig an diesem kalten Wochenende - schön warm. Das Hotel war äußerst ruhig. Vermutlich waren wir die einzigen Gäste. Die Hotelbediensteten genossen eine verdiente Auszeit. Der Zugang war trotzdem gut organisiert. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

「The friendliness and professionalism of staff was outstanding. They seemed to take a genuine interest in the wellbeing of guests and our rooms were amazing. The location was superb in the old historic part of town. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent. We will definitely return and recommend Hotel Baseltor 150% ! 「Les joints du robinet cuisine et de la douche sont à changer. Il manquait un linge dans la cuisine. Logement sinon bien équipé et agréable, confortable, très bien situé. Par contre il faudrait des explications en français pour trouver l'hôtel et ensuite pour trouver comment entrer, quel est le numéro de la chambre, comment ouvrir la chambre. Bref ça manque d'explications et d'explications en français. 」

「Except from some tiny issues, the hotel is really wonderful.
Receptionists are extremely friendly and very helpful. Hotel' restaurant is serving very good foods, location is only 5-7 mins walk from train station. Beautiful river view from window, free beverages and fruits is really a plus! If you have a light luggage or capable to handle heavy one by stairs, the hotel is what you really need. My room may too close to the railway as it shaked whenever the train pass-by, but I am OK with that. I...
