「Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage direkt am See und eine tolle Außenterrasse. Damit ist aber bereits das einzig positive genannt. Das Hotel ist sehr alt. Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen. Bevor man sein Zimmer erreicht, mussten wir erst 42 Stufen unser Gepäck hinauftragen. Einen Fahrstuhl oder andere Hilfsmittel gibt es nicht. Das Zimmer war eine einzige Katastrophe. Es war sehr klein, sehr warm und stickig. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Die Türen quietschten bei jeder Bewegung sehr laut, auch...

「Uniek was het verblijf in een gemoderniseerd middeleeuws kasteel. Uitstekende parkeergelegenheid op eigen terrein. Vriendelijk en voorkomend personeel. Het restaurant is uitstekend, ook de wijnen. Goed en gevarieerd ontbijt. De rustige omgeving draagt bij aan een rustieke charme. Daarenboven zijn toeristische uitjes bij de meren van Neuchâtel en Murten vlakbij. Minder goed vonden wij het ontbreken van een scheer/vergrootspiegel . Wij konden geen waardering opbrengen voor de gedateerde en hoog...

「Staff is nice and friendly though self parking seems to mean parking at a fee I got free parking in the end as there was plenty of space in the secured area of parking and that without any obstacle. Coop supermarket is just minutes' walk from the hotel」

「My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst...
