Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort, communication
Excellent hostess with a readiness to respond to any queries. The only issues were the tv, which seemed to have a mind of its own, switching over to a standy setting every 15 mins or so and the bed. The bed, sadly felt like a rock, I and my partner found no comfortable way of sleeping on the bed without aches and pains the next day.
