"I booked in error , tried to cancel but no manager on site called expedia but was not able to get a refund went to hotel but they refuse since i had a dog and still was refused a refund, it looked and smelled very dirty, staff seems to be family and they wanted was the money had not one oz of customer service. There are many hotels in the area cleaner and cheaper with get service around the same area "

"Love that shops was within walking distance but the road getting there needs to be repaired and they need better signage because we past the street three times before finding it at night. Also need some type of countertop in the bathroom. An spray for bugs I saw one and only one but that was enough. Then I above neighbors from hell who just kept jumping and running all day and night. I had to report to the staff more than one time."
