「The staff were accommodating when I asked for an early check in, however we did have a couple issues regarding cleanliness in the room. Breakfast was made to order which was nice at the restaurant by the lobby. All in all it was an okay stay.」

「the breakfast options were good, only wish there was a continental breakfast for my 12 year old as well. The first door had a disability button, but the 2nd lobby door didn't, definitely hard if you pushing a cart full of luggage. The room was decent, I wish there was a friendly note on how to change/adjust the thermostat, the room was very warm, after trying to adjust it. 「The hotel itself needs lots of repair . The elevator was not functioning and air conditioning was very loud. However my main issue is the dishonesty by either Expedia or hotel. I had to check out early and I was told by the front desk that I need to discuss refund for additional two days with Expedia . I called Expedia and was told that I will be given two days refund for days not stayed. I asked for an email to confirm and was told that it will come in 48-72 hours. I also confirmed that all...

「We were on the back side of the motel so parking was a bit of an issue. Not far but not in front of room. Room was clean. Warm. Full kitchenette. Would stay again. 」

「Having free passes to the gym and community pool nearby was good. Breakfast was good with choices of hot or cold food. The room had a couple spots missed of cleaning but not terrible. Staff was pleasant. Our biggest issue was cigarette smoke. Came through the air vents and almost forced us to leave the first night. 」
