"All 10 of us adults and kids had such a great time. Every worker was so pleasant to be around. The Hotel Rome room was fantastic since I had 2 rooms and they adjoined each other. "The room had a beautiful view! However, the couch reeked of cigarette smoke. They came and cleaned it and ran an ozone machine in the rooom, but the smell never really went completely away. The staff was very nice."
