"The staff was incredibly helpful in resolving issues we had (a few outlets were out and we managed to obtain an early check-in). The TV didn’t work and I was a little bummed by that but the premises was clean and orderly, I’d recommend this hotel. "

"Was here for four nights while meeting colleagues at MSU. The graduate is conveniently located to walk around campus and dine around "downtown" East Lansing. Breakfast (not included) was good. Parking was valet only. Very nice rooms, and friendly, efficient staff."
"Breakfasts were good, but was missing the normal waffle iron. The area was well maintained, even on busy mornings. The property was nice and comfortable."
