"The check in was fast and efficient. The staff was excellent; Isabella and Erik were outstanding, so friendly and helpful. They were able to answer all questions, Erik made great recommendations for dining and sightseeing. He also had a slow draining sink in my room fixed right away."

"It was centered to almost anything you’d want to do in Bahia. Shopping, dining, hitting the beach. Great location and well maintained. There was always security there as well, but the area itself felt safe anyways. I had a great experience here."

"AC was leaking all over the wall and the floor. They sent someone to fix it but it was leaking during my whole stay. They did offer to change my room but I was already settled in and said no. They did make the bed and change the towels every day. Breakfast was lackluster but included with the stay. Other guests were extremely noisy when walking up and down the stairs, especially the kids who were vocally loud as well while running up and down the stairs. "
