I needed to print new transport tags for my bags. (I’d tried early in the morning, at my previous hotel, to no avail.) They gladly printed them for me at no charge. 「Terrible. So much demand that they really don’t care. The restaurant staff beyond rude. They don’t care. They have plenty of demand during July and August.」

「Good breakfast and good service」

「The staff are so nice. Especially the Guest Relations manager. Will definitely book this hotel again!」

「The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel is close to the train and bus terminal. It is located at waking distance from the main tourist attractions and also restaurants. The bed had a good size for two people and was very comfortable, and there was plenty of closet space.」
